and techniques to increase relaxation and reduce stress. We can help you manage the daily stresses you face as a caregiver.

Workshop Schedule

For caregivers of an adult with a chronic condition: Second Friday of each month from 1-2:30 PM.

For caregivers of a child with special needs: Second Thursday of each month from 1-2:30 PM.
